The Stagg isn’t your big, busy, noisy café. It’s a humming little espresso bar good music, warm corners, familiar faces and somewhere to sit for a moment.
We’re brewing Lottie Lane Blend X, filling focaccias from the deli and keeping the cabinet stocked with house-made sweets.
Come for a coffee. Find a corner. Stay a while.

Craftswomen Group is growing, and we’re looking for another great human to join our front-of-house crew across BAKED + The Stagg.
We have one full-time position working across both venues, or for the right people, we’re open to splitting this into two part-time positions.
We’re looking for people who:
Have solid barista and/or FOH experience
Genuinely love hospitality and great coffee
Bring energy and passion to what they do
Are keen to learn, grow and get better
Can keep their cool and work well in a busy café environment
Are reliable, switched on and great with people
We care just as much about who you are as what’s on your résumé. We want people who want to be part of the team, contribute, learn and take pride in what they do.
