What makes our Korean Fried Chicken taste different? 🍗

It starts with our very own chicken powder.

Chef Young first created this blend about 10 years ago while working at the Stamford Hotel. Since then, he’s continued to fine-tune the blend little by little, always looking for that perfect balance of flavour and crunch.

We don’t cut corners when it comes to our chicken. We use carefully selected ingredients and put time and care into every batch — because great Korean fried chicken starts long before it hits the fryer.

From our kitchen to your hands, we hope you can taste the difference. ❤️

Chicken wings just hit different. 🍗

Boneless chicken is definitely easier to eat, but can anything really beat the flavour of chicken fried right on the bone? 😋

From Buffalo wings to all kinds of wing dishes around the world, there’s a reason people love them so much.

Our fried chicken wings at Young’s Burger might not be worth driving across the country for 😂, but we do put a lot of care into making them crispy, juicy and delicious.

It all starts with our beef soaking up that homemade Korean marinade… 🤤🥩

Then we pile it onto warm rice, add fresh veggies, a fried egg and that delicious bulgogi goodness.

One of those dishes you order “just once” and somehow keep coming back for. 😂❤️

Sticky Fire Chicken might not be our most popular menu item, but it’s honestly one we really recommend. ❤️

Juicy, flavour-packed grilled chicken tossed with crispy fried rice cakes in our signature sauce — delicious, satisfying, and surprisingly well-balanced nutritionally too!

The original comes with a spicy kick 🌶️, but don’t worry, spice lovers aren’t the only ones invited 😂 We also have a Soy flavour made especially for those who can’t handle the heat — and it pairs SO well with our grilled chicken.

At Young‘s, we use more than a dozen house-made sauces across our menu. But can you guess which one we use the most?

Sweet & Spicy? 🌶️
Our Bibimbap gochujang sauce? 🍚

The answer is... our Bulgogi sauce. 🥩✨

Every day, we make this sauce from scratch before marinating our beef. It’s the heart of our signature Bulgogi and one of the most important sauces in our kitchen.

There‘s no secret family recipe or hidden magic behind it. The ingredients themselves aren’t a mystery. What makes it special is that we‘ve spent years fine-tuning the balance of flavours based on our customers’ feedback until we found the perfect taste.

And of course, the final ingredient is something you can‘t buy... a whole lot of love. ❤️

A perfect meal starts with the perfect bowl. 🍚🥢

Fluffy steamed rice topped with our perfectly stir-fried bulgogi, sweet onions, carrots, crisp green beans, fresh red cabbage, and a generous sprinkle of roasted seaweed.

Mix it all together with our signature sweet & spicy Korean bibimbap sauce, finished with fragrant sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds for the ultimate burst of flavour.

Even veggie haters won't be able to resist this one. 😋
