Premium Robbins Island x Pure Black Angus MB6+ F1 wagyu sirloin, glazed in banana ketchup and cooked over charcoal. Served with eggy jim jeow, betel leaves, cos, pickles. Mix up the egg in the jim jeow sauce, wrap the steak in a leaf and dunk, add some pickled chilli if you choose, great to share for the whole table👌

Warm up with some soup on our lunch menu…this is staff favourite Khao Soi - Chiang Mai curry noodle soup, with egg noodles, confit pork belly, shallots, pickled mustard greens and herbs. Lunchtime only 12-3pm!

Tasmanian wild caught octopus skewers on the specials now! Cooked confit, finished over charcoal, and served with roasted Tasmanian apple, crispy puffed rice, pickled green chilli and market lime oil.

Back due to popular demand!! Spicy possum wontons. Local possum from Lenah Game, minced and hand wrapped into wonton form, black vinegar, fragrant house made pho chilli oil, coriander, roasted peanuts. Very limited come get em!

We don’t often do this, but we will be closed to the public tonight from 5pm for an extra special event to celebrate two humans love. We’ll be open for lunch with all your favourites and the courtyard will be on for happy hour this afternoon 🍻

Still completely Lost for words about what happened on Sunday. IT WAS FREAKING INCREDIBLE!!! Never would I have dreamt it would be this big, nor have I seen such a wonderful crowd and a full dance floor at 10am full of gorgeous fun loving people. Thank you!!! 🫶🫶
