After a big day of preparation and setting up the restaurant we popped home for a quick shower and costume change. I couldn’t help but notice the beautiful sky over Hobart.
Then a Saturday night celebration for a very special birthday. A five course feast,special wines, a curated playlist, much love and laughter in the room.

Today the tables were literally turned!!

Every single morning, we start early to craft our daily specials. Every plate is made with care, always thinking of our incredible customers. It’s hard work, but we love every second of it.

But this morning, the roles reversed.

Georgia, one of our wonderful guests, a very hard working nurse and Mum, walked in carrying a loaf of homemade sourdough bread.

She had taken her own time, energy, and love to bake it just for us.

We dedicate so much into feeding others, receiving that same love back in the form of fresh bread was incredible.

Georgia, you made us feel so deeply appreciated and special this morning. The sourdough was absolutely delicious we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

Thank you for being part of the Novellino family! ♥️🇮🇹
