Exciting News – A New Chapter Begins! 🌊
We are thrilled to announce that Blue Eye Seafood Restaurant has officially entered an exciting new chapter under new ownership.
Before we look to the future, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible legacy of Joff and Susie, who founded Blue Eye Seafood Restaurant 16 years ago. Through their passion, dedication, and hard work, they built not only one of Hobart's most loved seafood restaurants but also a place that has created countless memories for locals and visitors alike.
On behalf of our team and the wider community, we sincerely thank Joff and Susie for everything they have contributed over the past 16 years. Their commitment to exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and outstanding service has created a foundation we are incredibly proud to build upon. We wish them every happiness and success in the next chapter of their lives.

We understand how much this restaurant means to so many people, and we want to reassure you that our goal is simple: to honour everything that has made Blue Eye so loved while thoughtfully building on the incredible foundation that's already here.
