Shaun is an award winning chef, expert in paddock to plate and as an indigenous man has combined this with his knowledge of the bush, land and history. Start your adventure up towards the lighthouse — Bruny’s a big island, so give yourself time to fit everything in. Then, work your way back and join us at the cellar door from 11am daily for lunch, wine, and daily specials featuring the best local produce.

On Saturday nights from 5.30pm, settle in for dinner and a glass (or two) of something beautiful.
