Introducing three new creations, thoughtfully crafted with vibrant flavours, delicate textures and seasonal inspiration.
🍊 Seasonal Fruit Flan — A delicate combination of orange and ginger marmalade, almond frangipane, silky vanilla custard and fresh seasonal fruit.
🍫 Chocolate Espresso Mousse — Rich chocolate and espresso mousse layered with vibrant raspberry gel and a chocolate and almond sponge base.
🍋 Lemon Roll Cake — A new addition to our whole cake collection. Light olive oil and lemon sponge rolled with tangy lemon curd and freshly whipped cream.
