Three-Cup-Chicken is an authentic dish many locals would know. The combination of soy sauce, w**e and sesame oil gives a tasty flavour. The traditional way of cooking this meal is using a clay pot which can maintain the heat well and have that sizzling effect when the sauce is absorbed by the chicken. On top of that, the aroma of basil and ginger mixed into that tasty sauce is just finger licking good.
