The first version of my Buko Pandan Cinnamon Roll wasn’t quite where I wanted it to be. I knew the glaze needed more work, but I also didn’t want to waste perfectly good cinnamon rolls.
So I kept testing, tweaking, and tasting until I finally found the glaze that felt just right—silky, creamy, and exactly how I imagined it.
Sometimes the first version isn’t the final version, and that’s okay. Growth happens in the kitchen too. ✨
