Two proud Tasmanian award-winners, Clyde Mill Distillery and Nice Guy Eddie Gelato, have teamed up to turn an exceptional local gin into one seriously irresistible sorbet. Inspired by the vibrant raspberry notes, bright citrus lift and layered botanicals of Clyde Mill’s Raspberry Mill Pond Gin, Nice Guy Eddie cranked up the experience with premium Tasmanian raspberries to truly accentuate the flavour.
