October is Seniors Month!

Our seniors deserve to be celebrated, appreciated and recognised for everything they bring to our community.

Today, we’re kicking off the month at the South Side Seniors Expo at Calamvale Community College, from 9:00am–1:00pm! 🎉

Come along, say hello, meet local organisations, discover what’s available in our community, and celebrate our wonderful seniors.

💜 October is their month — and they deserve it!

We’d love to see you!

💛 R U OK?

Today is R U OK? Day

But it’s only one day of the year

Life happens every day, and sometimes people just need someone to notice, ask and listen.

If you see someone struggling, you don’t have to wait for today. You can ask any day. You can check in tomorrow. You can keep showing up.
