Another batch of our Bacon Jam ready to rock your taste buds BBQ Lovers. This, on top of our woodfire roasted jacket potatoes with a dollop of sour cream, is something special. The aromas in the kitchen when we make this are just divine...first the diced bacon caramelising in the pans, then caramelising the chopped onion, and finally, making the Balsamic, etc, syrup.
A special side dish enhancer!
