I am pleased to announce that a mutually beneficial agreement has been reached between centre management and myself, considered fair and reasonable by both parties. I look forward to starting a new chapter.

It has been two weeks since the shop was locked, and despite numerous attempts, my direct contact from centre management is no longer responding to my phone calls. Her supervisor has since reached out, stating that the owner of the centre is currently away and will respond shortly. Over the past two weeks, I have sent at least eight emails emphasizing the urgency of their correspondence with me. Unfortunately, I now have four staff members unemployed, a garage full of stock, and equipment. Thank you to everybody that has reached out and offer support we truly appreciate it

Just a small update as I'm still unclear on the future.
First I wanna say thank you to all of our customers many of you have become like family and close friends.
Unfortunately at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday I received an email stating Center management has taken ownership of the shop and its possessions and I am to vacate immediately with security and locksmiths to be on site shortly.
As many people are aware we have had quite a few unfortunate events In the last 12 months With some being the responsibility of centre management. With this we have been in constant communications throughout into our entire lease.
On Thursday the date of our departure we were communicating and I believed we were negotiating as I requested a rent reduction and compensation for issues that have affected me financially not at my control. This was their response, you must vacate the premises immediately.
I am absolutely gutted to be treated like this.

Some exciting changes to our operating hours. We are thrilled to announce that, starting tomorrow, we will be open Saturday's from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This change is in response to your feedback and our commitment to better serve your needs.

Additionally, please note that we will be closed on the last Friday night of every month( 3pm close). We believe this adjustment will help us provide you with even better service during the rest of the month.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we make these changes. If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to reach out.
