Banksia — Fine Dining Degustation Evening

Building on Banksia’s desire to offer experiences, not just meals, we’re exploring the idea of hosting a Fine Dining Degustation Evening; a one‑night, fully curated multi‑course event showcasing elevated technique, premium local ingredients, and a more immersive service style.

At Banksia, our everyday approach is casual fine dining: seasonal menus, high‑quality produce, and full service delivered in a relaxed, approachable setting.

A fine dining evening is different. It’s intentionally paced, chef‑led, and more structured — a refined culinary journey where each course is designed to highlight creativity, craftsmanship, and the best of our region.
