Hi everyone, we are hiring:

1 Junior floor staff, take orders, run the food & drinks, provide great customer service.
Must be outgoing & energetic, fast learner, focus on details and love people.
Availability on weekends & school holiday is a must.
Previous experience in similar role is highly preferred.

1 Kitchen staff / sushi maker
Must be fast learner, quick on your feet, focus on details, can do multi task, can-do attitude.
Ability on dinner time / weekends / school holidays is a must.
Previous experience in Japanese restaurant or Asian restaurant is highly preferred.
Junior staff is also welcomed.

We use Hokkaido scallops for our elegant sushi dishes, Fresh Hotate Nigiri, Aburi Hotate Nigiri and White Dragon Roll.
If you are a seafood lover, you will definitely impressed by its size, natural sweetness and soft texture.
For White Dragon Roll, we put lobster salad and cucumber in the sushi, fresh scallops and little fish roe on the sushi. The lobster provides more even more sweetness and freshness, cucumber slice makes it more refreshing and fish roes cracks under your tooth. Wow… That’s so amazing!^^ Besides, it’s GLUTEN FREE!!!
