Two new Teas 🌿 for flavoured tea lovers!

Peach Black - a soft blend of China & Indian Black with a fruity Peach flavour and sprinkled with Calendula petals.
Sencha Mango - Green sencha with a delightful tropical mango flavour and pineapple pieces.

Both Teas are beautiful enjoyed hot or cold. A lot of flavoured tealovers have tried these and feedback was positively awesome. So now they've joined the ranks of teas at Tiny Tea Shop.

After the weekend, my mind body and soul are knackered as weekends are my peak work days. As I'm sure you are after your busy Mon-Fri working week. First thing I do Monday mornings is my tea ritual, as replenishing and resetting as sitting in lotus position with breathwork 😄 before I start getting into packing all the online Tea orders from the weekend.

Holding Gratitude 🙏❤🌿 while preparing, brewing, steeping, pouring, sipping, savouring taste, texture, sight, aroma as the notes from the leaves release Gratitude for so much has shifted, is still shifting and happening. The vision and trust continues to hold, firmer than ever, as the intelligence and balance of Life continues to unfold itself. From the Ashes, the Phoenix arises. Out of complete chaos arises the new order.

In the Far East, partaking Tea 🌿🍵 is an art and ritual. The art of drinking Tea embodies the Five Elements of Nature - wood, fire, water, earth and air. The brew of the leaves brings to your mind, body and soul all the elements in the cycle of life.

The mindfulness and full presence in the preparing, brewing, steeping, pouring, sipping and savouring is a meditation in itself. In the Silence, Life does itself. In the Stillness, Wisdom is revealed. In the Undoing, all is done. Life Rebalances.

Tea time this week 🌿🍵:

Slide 1 - A brew of Flat Oolong and Aniseed with half an escargot Danish pastry. Flat Oolong is a black Oolong, not heavy like a black tea, and Aniseed complements my digestive system. After my TCM treatment to help restore flow of my liver meridians, stagnation of emotional energies. Delcious brew too!

Slide 2 - Weekend workday with a brew of Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginger root and Moringa. Again Cinnamon and Ginger help restore heat and circulation, to complement my acupuncture and cuping last week for those blocked liver meridians. The pistachio canoli by an awesome new store in the market is a treat! Yumm 🤤 Moringa is unavail now, sorry. Oz govt recently banned it. I'm drinking my own personal supplies.

Slide 3 - Enjoying a brew of Licorice root tea with my grandson 🥰🌿 He's been drinking Tea with me since he was a baby, now he's quite an expert at pouring, serving, sipping and appreciating Tea. The little Tea master! If there's just one thing I hope to leave my grandkids before I depart this world, is the Art of Tea 🌿 for its wholesomeness embodies every level of us - Mind, Body & Soul.

I need your help please. To give this new Blend a name!

Finally, after nearly 8 years of hesitating because I got put off by wide commercial claims out there for everything (including teas) for "weight loss" - finally I've put together a blend that I still get asked for to this day. So this here, is my intention to complement your conscious program of change into a fitter healthier you. All natural health and healing are about addressing root causes. Weight issues may have root causes in stress, lack of sleep, hormonal changes, mineral defficiencies, lifestyle or diet. Or a combination of all. Never a quick answer, so please consult a qualified professional if need be.

This here I've finally put together a Blend with Green, Ripe Puerh, Rosehip, Dandelion, Sage, Spearmint and Chrysanthemum. A light, crisp, cleansing, metabolising blend to complement your path toward a healthier you. Goes perfectly with any meal, after a meal, before a meal or just enjoyed anytime during the day.
I would have added Moringa to the blend, except that's now banned by our govt, so if you do have Moringa or Rosemary in your garden, dunk that in with your tea as well.

So... what shall I call this Blend please?
Currently it has no name.
Because I don't like anything cheesy like "Weight loss blend" or "Skinny tea"
