On the specials board this weekend:
Crispy pork hock with borlotti beans in a little double stock made from smoked pork & chicken bones & seaweed, croutons made from left over bread ends, a zippy little green sauce & anchovy mayonnaise made with only the best anchovies! A very moreish dish, perfect for these cooler days. Add a soft boiled egg and / or extra anchovies if you feel obliged.
This weeks hot sandwich is a lamb merguez sausage with preserved lemon labne made from sheep’s yogurt, marinated bullhorn peppers from , a little confit fennel & shallot, pickles & leaves. On while it lasts!
Local organic & biodynamic produce, seasonal cooking, Victorian wines and the best coffee in central Vic!
