Spring!

It’s almost here.

The waterways are full, the light has changed, morels are becoming abundant in the hills surrounding, daffodils are blooming, blossoms are about to explode, that’s good enough for us. Maybe we are just excited by the extra dose of vitamin D.

Anyway, here’s our spring all day menu, as well as the bistro menu for this Friday and Saturday night.

Lotte is seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our small & dedicated kitchen team.

The successful candidate will be confident working across all sections of the kitchen, comfortable working autonomously when required, and able to take direction while showing initiative.

Our menu changes frequently to reflect the seasons and the produce available, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, has strong foundational cooking skills, and takes pride in thoughtful, produce driven food & cooking.

Experience or a genuine interest in baking and pastry, butchery, pickling and preserving will be looked upon favourably.
