We worked day and night. We built it on kindness, respect, originality and a love for what we do, who we employed and the customers and company we kept.

You just can’t replicate that... 😉

2021 has been a tough year for our family business, and we are SO grateful to see you all at Oar, 30 Acres and Kitchen Smith.

So thank you for all the years of memories.

With heavy hearts we are anouncing 303 by the Sea is closing.

Our last day will be Friday the 29th of October (yes, only 2 weeks 😔)

The landlord has decided to cancel our lease and has given us until the end of this month to move out.

303 was our first baby and we are proud of everything we and our amazing team have achieved here.

It has allowed us to open two other cafes and a restaurant, employ so many amazing people and meet and interact will so many colourful and friendly customers, many whom we consider friends!

We hope you will stop in for one last coffee over the next two weeks and say goodbye.

Also don't forget the team, Alex and I would love to see you at Oar , Kitchensmith and 30 Acres when you are in the neighbourhood.
