I woke to this lovely feedback today 🧡

Each one of my condiments is made by hand, freshly ground ingredients and produce from my small scale farm garden. Unfortunately, fruit shops and delicatessens have disappeared from our local towns and replaced by those 2 big corporate giant dictating what food they will fill their shelves with filled with preservative for shelf life to feed the masses…. I knew nothing of making jam or relish, so I have spent the last 5 years digging deep into ‘what people eat’ throughout the world each season and why! If you’re passing through Helensburgh on a weekend, please visit The Pantry and maybe tasting some of our products will transport you to your childhood memories.
