Heading into spring. Snacks looking adorable; morels, chicken mousseline and nettle. Our beautiful crudité on bagna cauda, lightly pickled sardines, ajo blanco and chive, and then, for just a few services, we had our Chauncy-grown calçots with romesco. Lou Lou delivering on the beauty.
