A Japanese dinner tray …comforting, satisfying and very mid week friendly!
Each Teishoku is served with side dishes, sashimi, salad, rice and miso

Thinly sliced beef, vermicelli, shiitake, wombok and vegetables in a soy broth, with optional raw egg.
Salt Grilled Barramundi Collars
Crispy-skinned and succulent, with daikon and lemon.
Japanese Chicken & Veg Curry
Mild, aromatic Japanese curry with chicken and vegetables.
Teriyaki Tofu & Veg
Tofu glazed in teriyaki sauce, served with Asian greens.

We’re delighted to welcome Indigo Vineyard from Beechworth for a special winter wine dinner at Ocha, hosted by winemaker Lilian Carter.

The evening will move through Chardonnay, Secret Village Viognier, Pinot Noir, Reminiscence Shiraz Pinot, Beechworth Shiraz and a pink lightly sparkling Frizzante — each matched to a specially created Ocha course.
