Forward Head Posture (FHP) means your head sits in front of your shoulders rather than directly above them.

Muscle: Highly vascular (rich blood supply). Responds well to rest and loading. Heals relatively efficiently.

Tendon: Poor vascularity. Limited blood supply = limited healing response. Particularly vulnerable to overuse and chronic loading.

This is why:
β€’ Achilles tendinopathy can persist for 12–18 months without proper management
β€’ Tennis elbow often becomes chronic
β€’ Plantar fasciitis recurs if only partly addressed
