Our trading hours are:
Thursday, Friday & Monday: 9am-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am-5pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: Closed

Cook, Chill, Bake!

Since we make our own puff pastry, all of our fillings must be super cold. This ensures the puff develops those flakey layers during the baking process.

Nb: Open Thursday to Monday. Closed every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Yay!

Many thanks to our friend Alex for advocating for us to have the gaping potholes infront of our shop filled. We're very thankful, Alex!

Thanks also to Susan Templeman for bringing it to the attention of those responsible to resolve the issue. We appreciate the call last week to provide us with an update.

With the cooler temps, hot, tasty pies are a must-have. We'll be open all long weekend for your pie cravings, closing at 5pm each day, unless we sell out prior.

To avoid disappointment, pre-order Large (Family) and Extra Large Apple Pies by texting 0432 329 013 the day before your visit.

The result of 3 days of hard work...amazing puff pastry.

We made a batch of Beef Mince with Cheese and Bacon this morning. Looks good, right?

Reminder, we close every Tuesday and Wednesday. Although, tomorrow (Tuesday) we will be at the shop making, you guessed it, pastry (among other deliciousness)!
