His quest is simple; provide the local and visiting community a great tasting, locally sourced menu. What better place to forage for produce and connect with local suppliers than the Peninsula and Gippsland regions. From neighbouring Balnarring Free-Range Eggs and Bannockburn Free-Range Chickens to the Latrobe River freshly ground Angus beef, Homestock Eatery Hastings and Seaford are committed to serve on trend food at an economical price. Focusing on killer coffee and deliciously diverse bagels as well Lochie’s infamous burger range, the menu also includes locally obtained beer, wine and cider.

MY FIRST HOSPO JOB WAS WASHING DISHES AT RICKETS POINT TEA HOUSE WHEN I WAS 11 YEARS OLD. AFTER BEING A KITCHEN HAND UNTILL 17 I THEN STARTED MY CHEFS APPRENTICESHIP. TOO MUCH TO MENTION…I AM 37 NOW

MORE RECENTLY IN THE LAST 8 YEARS IVE OPENED 5 RESTAURANTS(if your in the game you know what this entails)AND HAD 3 BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN. NOW ITS TIME TO ENJOY THE AMAZING FAMILY THAT ME AND MY PARTNER HAVE CREATED. THANK YOU ABBEY FOR STICKING BY ME THIS LONG! IT WAS NOT EASY LOL
