We first met the team behind Wollombi General Store a year ago, and from that first conversation, it felt like there was something that just made sense. A shared love for good coffee, good food, genuine hospitality and the Hunter region we’re lucky enough to call home.

With the same amazing team behind Redleaf - Wedding Venue Hunter Valley, Wollombi General Store has become another special part of the Hunter community. A place with its own character, welcoming locals and visitors alike, and bringing something new to a much-loved corner of Wollombi.

As a local roaster, being part of places like this is exactly what Peaberrys is about. Supporting great local businesses, building genuine relationships and working with people who care about what they do.

If you’ve ever grabbed a coffee from us, you’ve already met Black Betty – Peaberrys Coffee Roasters’ signature and most popular blend.

Roasted locally in Newcastle since 2000, Peaberrys has built a reputation for producing premium coffee with consistency, quality and a genuine passion for the craft. Every batch is still roasted right here in Newcastle, not far from our little corner of the Hunter.
