Hi, a quick update ....As circumstances continue to improve , I've taken the opportunity to undertake previously planned structural changes ,which will take a couple of months to complete ,due to the nature of the work ..The work has begun and involved a lot of planning and organisation ..the old shed has seen better days and being removed and repurposed, as too is the old oven ,which is literally falling down ...the oven is being demolished and rebuilt brick by brick by a specialist group in another location. It's quite a job for this work to be completed (re heavy machinery and nature of the work ,removal and construction of new etc.) I can't open to the public (for H.S. reasons) all this activity ties in with plans which will free myself up to spend time in other areas of my life that I need to focus on ...So hopefully everything will fall into place in the next couple of months ,if all goes to plan .. especially since the food licence has just been renewed !! 😅.Thanks very much for messages etc. I appreciate the timing isn't ideal during peak season , but it's been dictated by life circumstances Sorry to those I've inconvenienced during this period , Wahoon will be back in the near future ..You're all appreciated for the support.
