Brydie and I have a sausage roll making session nearly every week at the cafe, this week we have made Jalapeño sausage rolls. That perfect balance of savoury and spicy ( but not to spicy that you’ll be sweating with a burning tongue )

These are quickly becoming our new favourite flavour of sausage rolls.
