So, we were given a fun challenge recently - to put our 'why' into words, thanks to Taylah and our Gunnedah Business Brekkie group!
For Tanya, it's the laughter & chatter of diners satisfying their hunger, enjoying their dinner companions and leaving feeling happy and well satisfied - food wise and wellbeing wise. It is so challenging and gratifying to create something interesting on our plates and have our diners delighted!
For Jodi, it started out as wanting to return to hospitality for a couple of nights a week after the kids grew up and left home. It evolved very quickly into an almost fulltime nightly passion! Even after nearly ten years, it still feels like she is having friends and family over for dinner except that she has an amazing Chef to cook delicious food and a great team of helpers to clean up!
We are a group of friends who have become family, who have fun bringing you the Maverick difference!
So, there is our why we do what we do and we couldn't do it without your support so a huge thanks to you!
