Our Story

My daughter Lilly Jackson and I (Yasmine Jackson) bought “The Hub”! We are locals and we work together as a family (all 10 of us, my beautiful cousin Adebe included) and we have been looking for a business to run as a family in Gumeracha. We wanted to stay local and it has worked out perfectly for us to buy The Hub, since cooking is something we know how to do. It’s been a great fit for our family! We have renamed it to Papa Sam’s after my Grandfathers Pizza shop that he had so many years ago. We are a family/community focused business, everyone who works here is either family or locals. We offer Gourmet Home Made, burgers, Schnitzels and Pizza. The food everyone in the local towns are used to but with our fresh take on it all, some additions and new recipes. We also deliver!!! Even as far as Mount Pleasant! Please come in and see the new layout and enjoy a delicious dine in experience ! Our Speciality is being able to feed everyone, whether you eat meat, are vegan, gluten free or have special dietary requirements, you will find that this whole menu is for you
