True artisan style made in small batches from Mimmo’s own special recipes, his products are created from only natural ingredients and fresh fruits are used to produce a final product that is fresh, high-end and prepared with pride. Each batch of gelato and sorbet is made fresh to order daily with authentic, Italian flavours and ingredients. Mimmo’s passion for producing the best gelato drives him to constantly create new and distinctive flavours. Indulge and judge for yourself if it is the best gelato you've ever had. Mimmo takes orders for 5 litre tubs, and can produce quantities to suit your shop’s requirements. For that special day, Mimmo can create a wine or champagne sorbet that will be the talk of the event.
