Taking over five years to build using recycled materials collected over a 30 year period. The materials used have been brought to a new life while maintaining their rich history. The menu at Limone reflects these same ideals, we use local seasonal produce to create something special. The menu is ever-changing, following the seasons as they turn. Limone offers various dining spaces, from a intimate

dinner in our main dining space to small business meetings in our private dining room or an afterwork cocktail on the veranda (available from February). Friday 31st July

Join us as we welcome Chef Christophe Gregoire to Limone Dining for an eveninig of exquisite winter flavours.

Set menu using French black truffles sourced directly from Chef Christophe and Josephine’s truffle farm near Bungendore, NSW.

$120 per person, includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.

For more than 20 years, Chef Christophe and Josephine shared their love of French food and culture at their restaurant Le Très Bon in Bungendore, located in the Capital Region between Canberra and the South Coast of NSW in Australia.

They’ve also welcomed guests on their international gourmet tours and to cooking classes, both in person and virtually.

Everything Chef Christophe and Josephine do reflects their professional expertise and their ethical approach, their love of community, their respect for place and their heartfelt intention to build bridges between cultures.

If you're like many with a weekend ritual of picking up a loaf of fresh Limone sourdough - we will be baking fresh for pickup on Friday to get you through while we close for the long weekend.

White, wholemeal, seeded, and fruit loaf sourdough will be available from the pantry on Friday - you can also order ahead for collection.
