For now, I’m calling Ripley Markets home… but don’t get too comfortable 👀. You never know where I’ll pop up next!

Here’s how the madness works…

🍸 2 days before every pop-up I’ll reveal the menu. Might drop some spoilers before then!

🍰 Every single event has a different menu. That’s right - if you get in too late, you might miss that flavour forever.

✨ PLUS every pop-up features a secret limited-edition dessert made exclusively for that event. Once it’s gone… it’s gone.

📲 Don’t want to risk missing out? Slide into my DMs to pre-order. Pay ahead of time, then just rock up and collect your dessert - easy!

⚠️ My desserts are made in small batches, so when they’re sold out… they’re sold out!

The 2026 Spring/Summer Menu is officially live, packed with bold flavours, premium spirits and desserts you won’t find anywhere else.

Every flavour has been developed from scratch, inspired by cocktails, fine dining and the belief that dessert should never be boring.
