After an incredible journey filled with fire, flavour, and community, we want to share with you that El Estanco will be closing its doors in the near future.
This decision has not come lightly — El Estanco has been more than just a restaurant. It has been a gathering place, a home for creativity, and a canvas where we’ve been able to showcase Latin American culture and the amazing produce of the Barossa Valley.
From breakfast mornings to late-night fiestas, from Fringe shows to weddings, from local collabs to national awards — none of it would have been possible without you: our guests, friends, suppliers, staff, and the wider community who supported us every step of the way.
We’ll be sharing more details soon, but for now we invite you to join us in these final months to celebrate all that El Estanco has meant. Let’s fill the space with laughter, good food, and memories one last time.
