Congratulations to the Greenmount Hall Committee on a fantastic Bingo Night!

What a wonderful evening bringing our community together. Was a bingo first for me and I can’t wait until the next one!

A huge thank you to everyone on the committee and all the volunteers who put in the time and effort behind the scenes to make the night such a success.

I'm thinking about hosting a Homemaker Swap and would love to know if there's enough interest!

Here's how it would work:

✨ Bring 10 handmade/homegrown items.
✨ You'll receive 10 swap tokens—one for each item you bring.
✨ Use your tokens to choose any 10 items that others have brought along.

It's a fun, cash-free way to exchange the things you've made or grown for something new to enjoy. Instead of buying and selling, we're simply swapping—sharing our skills, creativity and abundance with one another.

Ideas of what you could bring include:
🧵 Handmade crafts
🧶 Crochet, knitting or sewing
🕯️ Candles, soaps, scrubs
🍓 Homegrown fruit, vegetables, herbs
🍯 Jams, relishes, honey, preserves (labelled)
🍪 Home baking (packaged and labelled)
🌱 Plants, seedlings and cuttings

The aim is to build community, support local makers and growers, reduce waste and go home with 10 new treasures—without spending a cent.
