Arepa burger. What's not to love? Crunchy arepa (gluten free), two beef patties covered in caramelised onions and melted cheese. A little barbecue sauce and nom, nom, nom. It was really good. ❤️❤️❤️

I will die on the "cast iron is the best" hill. Yes...I know you can't cook everything on it, but just look at that beautiful crust. After being unwell for over 3 weeks and not really wanting to eat, but having to, arepas were the only thing that appealed to me today. So here they are. Crunchy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. Light and satisfying. Ok. It's back to bed for me now. ❤️❤️❤️

Nothing like soup when you are under the weather and sometimes you just have to let someone else make it for you. In this case a little chicken laksa. ❤️❤️❤️

You eat with your eyes, which is why there is such an emphasis on different colours and textures on a plate. I completely agree with that in a restaurant. But at home, I eat with my taste buds. It's all the same colour, but the flavours were just divine!!! Tender chicken in a zesty, creamy, lemon sauce with buttery, toasted orzo cooked in home made chicken stock. Freshened up with parsley, and this was absolutely gorgeous!!!❤️❤️❤️
