Dining on Clarence Restaurant Dining on Clarence is a training restaurant for TAFE NSW Tourism, Hospitality and Events students.

It enables the students to gain real life experience to complement their TAFE training. The Terrace Restaurant located at Grafton TAFE campus is a training restaurant for TAFE NSW Tourism,Hospitality and Events students,all meals are cooked and prepared by Commercial Cookery Students.
