🌶️🌶️ Chilli Sauce 🌶️🌶️

I have heard the call and answered it! All our chilli lovers can rejoice as I have been in the kitchen shedding the tears (chilli prep clears the sinus’) 😂 to make a whole range of spicy goodness!

Featured here is all new chilli sauce which is a medium heat.. the perfect thicker consistency is great with cheese and bikkies, on sandwiches or add it to anything that needs a little kick 😝

🫑🌶️ Chilli Jam 🌶️🫑

Another new addition!

Chilli jam is an amazing savoury preserve made primarily on sweet capsicums and de-seeded chilli. The name is a little misleading as this is not spicy…just absolutely delish (I can eat this one 😉).
These will be making their debut appearance at the Heritage Village Market THIS Saturday from 4pm-8pm in Rockhampton!

🧅🥒 Zucchini Relish 🥒🧅

Another newbie! I am slowly building my range as I work my way through nans recipes.

This is one of my all time favourites. The perfect match for cheese and bikkies but it’s also amazing on sandwiches, add it to cream cheese for an amazing dip, or make the most amazing flavourful cob!

The mild flavour of zucchini means the spices used really shine through making this the most amazing savoury yet sweet relish to add to just about anything 💚💚

Chloe (whom many may remember from helping run the stall at the markets for many years) has started building stock of all your favourites, follow her page to keep updated on upcoming markets in Rocky and Yeppoon and/or to place an order!

Jam, Relish and Chutney collection on Thursday and Friday- Yeppoon!

Place your order in the comments or DM and I’ll message you payment details. Your order will be ready for collection between 9am and 4:30pm the following Thursday and/or Friday from PAM furnishings in the heart of Yeppoon (14/16 James Street), collect at your convenience!

Small batch preserves made with quality ingredients, no nasties added. All made in a licensed kitchen! Refrigerate once opened and these will last atleast 12 months (unless eaten first)!
