Oktoberfest is getting even better! We’re giving one lucky winner a Goulburn Brewery prize bundle valued at over $300 to enjoy on the day.

The prize includes a Brewery gear pack plus a $200 Goulburn Brewery voucher to spend on food and drinks at Oktoberfest on Saturday 10th October.

To enter, simply comment below and tell us who you’d bring along to share the prize with.

Entry into the competition is completely free, but does not include Oktoberfest tickets. The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday 29th September and announced on this page.

The Maltings Bar menu is seriously good right now, so consider this your sign to book a table.

From generous mains to shared plates and sides made for the table, there’s plenty to tempt you in for lunch or dinner Wednesday to Saturday, with Sunday lunch rounding out the week.

The hardest part might just be deciding what to order. Just make sure you leave room for dessert.

Friday 18th September, 6–9pm: Goulburn duo Grace & Austin kick things off with an acoustic set shaped by country and folk roots.

Saturday 19th September, 6–9pm: Laine Wolfe brings a warm, rootsy sound to the Mill Bar, weaving together vocals and guitar with a feel-good mix of timeless songs people know and love.

It’s back! Oktoberfest returns to Goulburn Brewery on Saturday 10th October, 12 – 8pm.

We’re gearing up for a huge day of b**r, music and Bavarian fun, with special-release “Wayback” festival b**rs, an authentic Oompah Band, festival food, games, prizes and plenty of Oktoberfest atmosphere.

Tickets are $39 and include a Goulburn Brewery b**r mug to take home, your first b**r and live entertainment.

We’ve lined up two great reasons to gather your crew and head to the Brewery this weekend.

Friday night, Reid and Chloe are bringing acoustic tunes and vocal harmonies to the Mill Bar from 6pm – 9pm, getting the weekend off to a great start. Then on Saturday, Tall Puppy Syndrome return from 6pm – 9pm for an unplugged set, with their rock influences still firmly in the mix.

Both gigs are free, no bookings required. Grab a table, order up a bite from the grazing menu and keep the “Waybacks” (and the good times) flowing.

Still making Father’s Day plans? There are plenty of ways to join us at the Brewery this Sunday.

No booking? No worries. Walk-ins are welcome throughout the day across the Mill Bar, B**r Garden and Courtyard, so you can bring Dad and the family along for a fresh “Wayback”, something from the grazing menu and our Father’s Day Spit Roast special.

If dinner is more your style, we still have tables available in the Maltings Bar, with the kitchen open from 4pm – 7.30pm and the Brewery open right through until 9pm.

However you choose to spend it, we’d love to see you this Father’s Day.

We had a huge week at the Brewery last week, and you certainly kept the taps busy. So busy, in fact, that we’ve had to temporarily pause our “Wayback” Irish Stout on tap for this weekend.

The good news? We’ve still got plenty of the good stuff in cans, and this weekend we’re pouring them for just $8 across the venue – in the Maltings Bar, Mill Bar and outdoor areas. It’s basically Happy Hour pricing all weekend, just for Stout (while stocks last).

Meanwhile, Neal is busy brewing a fresh new batch, so we’ll have the Stout flowing from the taps again next week. Until then, if a “Wayback” Stout is your usual order, we’ve got you covered.

Weekend plans are sorted, with live music in the Mill Bar on both Friday and Saturday nights.

On Friday, Ben Malone joins us from 6pm – 9pm. A Southern Highlands multi-instrumentalist with more than a decade of live experience, Ben has performed across the country and knows how to deliver a great night of familiar favourites.

Then on Saturday, we welcome talented musician Michael Amon from 6pm – 9pm, keeping the tunes rolling into Saturday night.

Make a night of it with a fresh “Wayback” in hand and dinner from our grazing menu, all while enjoying some great live music.

Spring is almost here, which means we’re wrapping up our winter Sunday Roast series.

For the final week of the season, we’re serving up succulent Roast Beef, served medium with creamy mashed potatoes, garlic broccolini, spiced carrots, Yorkshire pudding and plenty of gravy.

Join us for one last hearty winter lunch in the Maltings Bar, with the Brewery open from 11am – 5pm and last seating at 3pm.
