Now that I’m starting to settle into my groove and slowly finding my feet with this new little adventure, I’m ready to start adding a few more things to the Salt & Fig Co. menu. 🌿🤎

I’ll be keeping Mondays free to focus on our other businesses and to get Salt & Fig Co. stocked, organised and ready for the week ahead.

What a day! 🤍🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by today and supported Salt & Fig Co. — whether you grabbed a coffee, a cold drink, something to eat, or simply came over to say hello. Every single bit of support means more to me than you know.

I’m incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to bring my little trailer along to today’s event and be a part of such a wonderful day.

And an extra big thank you for your patience. I’m still finding my feet, learning the flow of the trailer and working out how to make everything run as smoothly as possible — especially on busy event days! Your kindness, patience and understanding while I navigate it all is so appreciated.

Seeing people walk away with a coffee or something I’ve made, and knowing you chose to support my little business, is a pretty special feeling. 🥹

Today was another big learning experience, another step forward, and another reminder of how grateful I am for everyone who is getting behind Salt & Fig Co.

🐾 SATURDAY AT CAIRNS REGIONAL COUNCIL DOG ADOPTION DAY 🐾

We’re so excited to have Salt & Fig Co. joining in on Saturday’s Dog Adoption Day! 🐶🤎

As I’m still finding my feet in the new trailer, I’ve decided to keep our food menu simple and delicious for the day. With limited fridge space and plenty of milk needed to keep those coffees flowing ☕️, I want to focus more on making great coffee — while still having a few tasty bites available.

🥖 Pulled Pork & Slaw Rolls
Slow-cooked pulled pork piled into a fresh roll with crunchy slaw.

We’ll also have a little selection of sweet treats to enjoy with your coffee — perfect for a Saturday morning treat! 🤎

Hot coffees, iced coffees, matcha, frappes and more will be pouring throughout the day.

I’m learning more about my little trailer every time I take her out, and simplifying the food side means I can make better use of the space and concentrate on keeping the drinks flowing.
