Calling all Cairns locals! ☕️

We’re getting closer to launching Salt & Fig Co., and we’re looking for the perfect spot to serve your morning coffee.

To apply for a council permit, we need to identify suitable locations, so we’d love your help!

📍Where would you love to see a coffee van in the mornings?

Celebrating a very special milestone! 🧀✨

It was such a privilege to create these grazing platters for a dear friend’s 80th birthday celebration. Every platter was thoughtfully put together using a selection of premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh seasonal fruit, artisan crackers and delicious little treats to help make the day extra special.

Why our grazing boxes are priced the way they are ❤️

One thing I’ve learnt while building Salt & Fig Co. is that beautiful grazing boxes are so much more than just cheese and crackers.

Every box is carefully planned using premium cheeses, quality cured meats, fresh seasonal fruit, artisan crackers, chocolates and sweet treats. On top of that are the boxes, packaging, garnishes, food-safe supplies, delivery costs, and many hours spent sourcing, preparing, slicing, folding, styling and creating each order.

When I price my boxes, I’m not just covering the cost of ingredients—I’m making sure I can continue to provide the quality, freshness and presentation that Salt & Fig Co. is known for, while running a sustainable small business.

I never want to compromise on quality just to offer a cheaper price.

When you order from Salt & Fig Co., you’re supporting a local family business that pours genuine care into every single box.

It’s a question I completely understand.

When you choose a grazing box from Salt & Fig Co., you’re not simply buying cheese, crackers and fruit. You’re choosing carefully sourced ingredients, premium produce, attention to detail, and hours of preparation to create something that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Every box is handcrafted using quality cheeses, premium cured meats, fresh seasonal fruit and artisan accompaniments. I don’t believe in filling boxes with the cheapest ingredients just to keep prices low—I believe in creating something I’m genuinely proud to put my name on.

My goal has always been simple:

✔️ Another milestone ticked off!

I’ve officially completed my Food Safety Supervisor training and received my nationally recognised certification.

Building Salt & Fig Co. has been about doing things the right way—from sourcing quality produce to making sure we’re meeting all food safety requirements.

We’re getting one step closer to opening, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming. Thank you to everyone who’s been following along on this journey! 🤍🌿
