This one has been 72 hours in the making… and trust us, it was worth the wait! 😍

Tender lamb shank slow-cooked for 72 hours with carrot, onion, celery, red wine gravy, rosemary & herbs until it’s fall-apart delicious 🤤

Wrapped up in our golden, flaky pastry and baked until perfectly crisp… basically comfort food wearing its Sunday best. 🥧❤️
