Our GF choc raspberry entremet is a decadent sweet treat! It has a GF chocolate sponge base, a raspberry jelly centre surrounded by a rich and creamy choc raspberry mousse and glazed with a chocolate mirror glaze! We then add a sprinkle of freeze dried raspberry to the top and a fancy little La Miette chocolate coin!

What a crazy 3 weeks the Hot Chocolate Showdown was! Each weekend we broke our record for number of hot chocolates sold, and we couldn’t have done it without all of the support from our customers!
We received great feedback about the marshmallows, chunks of honeycomb and of course the drink itself!
Thank you everyone for a successful hot chocolate showdown and we eagerly await who takes out the top spot!
