King has a Queen.

Ours wears a crown of perfectly torched Aburi Salmon.

Finished with our signature teriyaki sauce, creamy mayonnaise, tobiko, and just the right touch of smokiness.

It wasn’t supposed to become a legend.

But somehow…

it became another curse.

Even with a menu full of new creations,
they just can’t escape her.

Maybe it’s the smoky aroma.

We never meant to create it.

It started as an accident.
A little more garlic.
A little more spice.
A little more sweetness.

Then… something unexpected happened.

Customers kept coming back.

Even after we launched a brand-new menu…
