Hey Everybody,

If your struggling to shed those extra kg’s after ISO or just need a kickstart to get back in the swing of things then this ones for YOU!

On Point Personal Training and INTOFIT Coaching would love to welcome you to the “Coming Out Of ISO 8 Week Challenge”.

This is a first for us and we know how much everyone loves a bit of friendly competition so for this challenge it’s going to be On Point Personal Trainings clients vs INTOFIT Coaching’s clients.

Entry is $80 but with that $80 entry, $50 will go towards the cash prize pool for the 2 final winners and $30 will go toward the end of challenge party which will be held the weekend following the end of challenge which will also be our award night for all competitors.

The official start date is Saturday the 1st of august, this will also be the same day that we are doing the before measurements, photos and weigh ins. The challenge will end 8 weeks from this point which falls on the 26th of September.
