The first of some very fun events we are looking forward to is our inaugural RUMDAY! Come celebrate the wonderful world of rum with us and our friends from top drawer local distillery Beenleigh Artisan Distillers!

A special curated cocktail list from Missy & the Hazman to wet your whistle in the best way possible. Big dog George & Thea in the kitchen to fill your bellies with some knockout Jamaican inspired food including jerk chicken, curry pork, Jamaican patties & more

We’ll obviously be playing reggae, dub & Caribbean tunes all day. How good is that!

Big ups to Ross & Fern from Beenleigh Artisan Distillers for being legends

BRICK CHICKEN. We fully debone an elgin valley farms chook and grill on the plancha under a weight (hence the brick in the name) creating a fantastic crispy skin and juicy meat. Served wth in season cavolo nero, chilli and garlic. What a treat.
