T-bone, meet fire.

Our T-bone is seared in the Josper charcoal oven at serious heat, with native red gum wood bringing the smoke, char and depth that make this cut what it is. A proper centrepiece, sliced for sharing and not exactly here to be subtle.

Barramundi worth slowing down for.

Served with peas, preserved lemon chermoula and blackened onion, this is seafood with a little more thought behind it. Clean, citrus-led and full of quiet detail, made for the kind of dinner that doesn’t need much convincing.
