Olive Coffee in Surfers is looking for a new Head Barista

Please Read Role Fully Before Applying!!!

Must be available to work 5 days a week 5.30am starts 30+ hours a week

This role is only for someone with more than 3 years experience in a Main Barista Role. Who can handle a 3 group head La Marzocco on their own at times.

We are a very busy cafe in Surfers Paradise and coming in to Holiday Periods we are extremely busy.

You must be able to multitask and get multiple orders ready at once.

You must have great Latte Art skills!

MUST understand how to dial in a coffee machine. Understand how recipes work and be able to adjust the grind when needed.

Speed is essential! But quality is non negotiable, Sense of urgency is also needed.

We have a great small team here at Olive. We all help each other. Take orders, run coffee and food, wash dishes, help with shots on the coffee machine.

This role is only for someone who is planning on being on the Gold Coast for no leas

than 6 months. Must also have perfect English (reading, listening & speaking)

Must be hard working but also reliable.
