You are invited to join us as we launch Seniors Month 2026 at COTA Tasmania’s first-ever Ageing Together Expo.

Held on the United Nations International Day of Older Persons, this free community event is a chance to connect, discover and enjoy a great day out. Meet representatives from 50 local organisations, explore useful services and information, take part in activities, and find ideas to help you stay connected and active.

You can also visit the Beyond Age photography exhibition, featuring portraits and stories that celebrate the individuality, experience and contributions of older Tasmanians.

We loved getting out into our community garden and looking at the variety of plants Adelaide takes care of .

Doing jigsaw puzzles on a laptop, playing board games or table tennis, catching up with friends or making new ones are what we do at our Cafe every Monday morning from 10am to noon. And we serve morning tea too. Come join us.
