Exciting day foraging , am thinking syrup from bush hops I found climbing in blackberries mixed with lemon and tea, Quince tarte tatin from quince I swapped to get,maybe Apple& Hawthorn jam with Hawthorns or Hawthorn Heart Syrup, not sure about rose hips, could make a vitamin c rich syrup or dehydrate for tea, or infuse in oil for skin, am drinking tea from new teapot and eating carrot & pumpkin cake from saucer that jumped into my hands at Bushy Park Hall today, so lucky to live here.

Love trying new recipes, this is called an Amy Johnson cake , should of used a square pan, didn’t have right size , delicious, the thin layers , give a small taste of mulberry jam sprinkled with currants, the vanilla icing makes it all taste vanilla slices.
