8 HOURS. LOW & SLOW. 🔥

Our goat is loaded with herbs and spices, then slow-cooked for 8 HOURS until it’s ridiculously tender and literally FALLING OFF THE BONE. 🤤

No shortcuts. Just proper Mediterranean cooking and BIG flavour.

Amazing. Amazing. AMAZING. 🙌
