It is with profound sadness & disbelief that we announce that our beautiful little restaurant Cardone’s is closing its doors.
Our last day of trade will be Wednesday 6th March 2024.
It is incredibly hard to find the words….
Cardone’s has been a huge part of the Glenelg landscape for such a long time.
We are extremely proud of what our little restaurant has achieved over the years.
We truly love what we do, and are forever grateful for the experiences & memories made.
Since the pandemic business has been very tough and we have never completely recovered….
The cost of living, interest rate increases, a significant rise in operational/produce/beverage costs & inconsistent trade patterns have all contributed to this heartbreaking decision.
We want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all our incredible & loyal customers whom we have loved getting to know over the years.
It has been our absolute pleasure to serve you all & something we will miss dearly.
Thank you to our amazing suppliers for their support & understanding, especially over the last few years.
To our wonderful staff, past & especially present,
thank you for going on this journey with us & for making our workplace an enjoyable environment. It has been a privilege to work alongside you all.
